1.黄豆提前浸泡12个小时;

2.倒入料理机打成豆浆;

3.用棉袋过滤豆浆;

4.倒入锅里,煮熟;

5.关火,倒出放凉至80度;

6.内脂用温水溶开;

7.将内脂水倒入,搅匀;
