1.大地瓜一个,切开放高压锅里

2.上盖大火冒气5分钟

3.焖熟

4.取出冬瓜剥皮,加白糖捣碎

5.再加入地糯米粉揉匀(糯米粉的量以不是很粘手为宜)

6.揉成面团

8.取少量面团揉圆,摁扁
