1.红薯粉条提前用水泡上,这个粉条韧性很好,耐煮,一定要提前泡软,我是大约做菜前2小时泡的

2.葱姜切碎,加适量清水,浸泡一会儿,做成葱姜水

3.大白菜洗净

5.猪肉洗净剁成肉馅

7.搅拌上劲儿的肉馅再反复摔打,使其更有弹性

8.锅里加入1大碗水,小火烧至周围冒小泡,不要烧开

9.左右抓一把肉馅,从虎口处挤出适量肉馅,右手用小勺把肉馅取下来放入水中(右手拿手机拍照,无法拍取肉丸的照片)

10.依次下入一个个肉丸
