1.面粉加酵母粉加水,用筷子搅拌。一般面粉和水的比例2:1,如果筷子搅拌后还有干面粉可以再加少许水。。筷子搅拌到面团都缠在筷子上,盆边基本干净的再下手揉

2.将搅拌的面揉成光滑的面团,放在暖气边发40分钟左右

3.调芝麻酱糊,将芝麻酱加糖加花生油充分搅拌均匀
