1.鸡腿两只去骨,完整分离出腿肉

2.用刀背把鸡肉拍松,用叉子在鸡皮上叉些孔,便于腌制时入味

3.料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油调成汁

5.把鸡腿放在料汁中腌制

6.把洋葱和姜蒜末也放上,一起腌制2个小时以上

7.平底锅小火烧热,把鸡皮一面朝下煎制出油后,翻面再煎

8.煎好后把腌制可料汁和洋葱等一起倒入
