1.橄榄油和小土豆

2.小土豆洗净后放入开水中煮大概15分钟左右,用一根筷子能轻松的把最大的土豆扎透,便可捞起过凉

3.用刀面轻轻把土豆压扁

4.锅中倒入橄榄油

6.锅留少量底油,放入葱花爆香

10.翻炒片刻关火,起锅前放入少许花椒油

小窍门&温馨提示
1、土豆越小越入味
2、在按压土豆时不要太用力,用力过大会把土豆压碎的
3、我觉得连土豆皮一起吃更香,如果不喜欢,可以煮好后将皮去掉
