1.白条鸡洗净,鸡腿和膀子分割下来,用开水把鸡焯一下,把沫洗净,重新加一锅水,放葱、姜炖鸡。用普通汤锅炖40分钟,要是用高压锅炖20分钟后自然放气;

2.海带泡开;

3.鸡炖好,油太多可以撇出来一些;

4.大腿肉,胸脯肉撕成小条,放入鸡汤里;
