1.蟹味菇、白玉菇把根部用剪刀剪掉清洗干净,然后用手挤掉水分。胡萝卜切丝~

2.青红椒切丝~

5.一起放入材料进行煸炒,虽挤过水分但是煸炒一会还是会吐水出来,所以不用加水~
