1.鸡一只洗净凉干。

2.开火:下盐和花椒,八角,香叶,桂皮,胡椒粉,沙姜粉。大火改小火翻炒。

3.鸡淋上少许白酒,料酒腌制

4.将炒好的盐焗粉过筛,做成盐焗粉

5.将炒好的盐焗粉均匀地涂抹在鸡上,入冰箱冷藏3小时以上。

6.将剩余的香料装包和生姜4片,小葱5根放入鸡肚。

7.将腌好的鸡拿出,用冷水冲洗干净,把香包,葱,姜放入鸡肚内,用锡纸包好。

8.烤箱上下火预热3分钟,230度,50分钟左右。中间记得翻几下。
