1.中筋面粉称重80g。

2.放入20g玉米淀粉。(面粉公式:4中筋面粉+1玉米淀粉=5低筋面粉)

3.6g的可可粉。

7.砂糖和食盐倒入蛋液。

8.低速搅拌一分钟有大气泡产生。

9.转高速继续搅拌大约15分钟。

10.打发好的蛋糊会出现纹路且较慢消失,或者直接插一根牙签可以树立即可。

11.筛入面粉混合物。
