1.香椿淖水,一分钟即可,水开放少许盐,和油。沥干码鱼盘中。

2.大蒜头3,4个压成蒜蓉,放于香椿上。

3.配置生抽,耗油,一点盐,一点香油少许鸡精的混合调料。

4.把混合调料均匀的倒在香椿上
