1.准备食材鸡蛋12个。酱牛肉凉面少不了卤鸡蛋。一次可以多卤几个备用。大概一家人三餐的量

2.鸡蛋放进砂锅中,加入生抽1勺、老抽1勺、盐1勺、八角6颗、桂皮2片、干辣椒8颗、花椒40粒、油1勺卤制

4.锅中加水烧开,下入面条。等水烧滚点生水。一共点三次生水即可

5.面条煮开后,放进一勺盐

6.煮好的面条用凉水冲几遍。让其冷却,面条之间不会黏在一起

7.将凉好的面条装进碗里,先淋上熟油,然后用筷子搅拌均匀。放进卤鸡蛋的老卤一勺

8.锅中烧开水焯烫小白菜

9.将卤汁拌动,让面条全部粘上卤汁。加进熟油拌动

10.撒进胡椒粉增香

11.放进1勺白糖用筷子搅拌

12.拌入1勺味极鲜提鲜

13.汇进1勺辣椒油、大蒜汁、香麻油、芝麻即可。不喜欢太酸可以适量加入香醋

14.最后将焯水的小白菜摆上。切好的酱牛肉和大红肠、卤鸡蛋放在面条上面即可开吃了
小窍门&温馨提示
1.面条需要将水煮开后再下入。
2.在煮面条过程中需要点三次水。
3.?面条煮好后,要用凉水降温,让面条完全冷却,不会黏在一块。
4.?凉好的面条装进碗里,先淋上熟油,然后用筷子搅拌均匀。
