1.原料1;

2.原料2,我是现扒的虾仁;

3.虾去皮后,后边轻切开,取出虾线洗净,鸡蛋清加入料酒、盐、胡椒粉搅拌均匀后放入虾仁腌制10分钟;

4.春笋切片焯水后备用;

5.彩椒切片;

小窍门&温馨提示
1、我后来把腌制虾仁的蛋清都倒进锅里啦,扔了浪费,呵呵省的勾芡了,不过确实影响卖相。
