1.把鸡洗净斩件(我买的是鸡腿和鸡翅,买的时候切好的),待多余的水流出,待用

2.把姜切片,剁碎,待用

3.准备好盐焗鸡粉

4.青瓜切片,备用

5.把多余的水倒掉后,倒入生抽(适量)和10g盐焗鸡粉,腌10分钟左右

6.在锅里倒入油,然后倒入姜末,爆一下

7.中火,倒入鸡,煎2分钟

8.然后,翻过另外一边,煎2分钟

9.倒入酱油,中小火煮(盖上盖闷15分钟,期间可以翻炒1次)

10.15分钟后,煮好了

11.摆好青瓜片,上菜罗
小窍门&温馨提示
这个菜口味偏闲一点,全程没有加水,没有加盐,生抽味道比较有味(味事达生抽)。
如果觉得咸的话,最后可以加少量蜂蜜调味即可。
