姜黄粉适量香豆粉适量葱香料油适量盐适量香豆烤馍的做法步骤

1.做三色大花卷还剩下一些面团,刚好用来烤香豆馍馍。(面团发的要稍软些)

2.香豆粉适量,加一点面粉,葱油拌成香豆油酥。

3.姜黄粉,加一点面粉,用葱香料油拌成稀姜黄油酥。

4.取适量面团,排气揉圆。(我分成了两次做)。

5.擀成一个薄薄的面片。

6.撒薄薄一层盐。(喜欢甜口的可撒些白糖。)

7.抺上一层香豆油酥。

8.再薄薄撒上一点面粉。

9.从里向外卷起。

10.收口朝下。

11.切成大小一致的剂子。另一半面同样的步骤。

12.8寸烤盘(活底的)底部倒一点葱料油。

13.刷均匀。

14.摆到模具中(中间的花是切出来的两端,感觉花型不是很好看,但是没面了,也只能这样摆放了??)。面剂具体个数根据模具大小而定哦

15.先薄薄刷上一层姜黄油酥。

16.温暖处二次饧发。刚好发满模具,像花儿一样很漂亮。

17.再薄薄刷一层姜黄油酥。一会儿烤的时候,不会太干,外焦里软。

18.烤箱预热,先上火200,下火230烤了10分钟,怕火大烤糊了。就把火调成上火160度,下火180,又烤了20分钟。(这个根据自己烤箱情况增减)

19.烤好的锟锅馍馍。外焦里软,漂亮极啦??
