1.干榛蘑凉水泡6个小时,捞出。泡榛蘑的水静置一段时间,取上层液体备用。

2.鸡腿剁成块。也可以用整鸡,因人而异。

6.煮开后,将鸡腿取出,洗净、沥干备用

7.热锅凉油,放葱姜片,炒至焦黄后,取出

8.用炒过葱姜的油炒糖色,待冰糖化成琥珀色,放鸡腿。

9.鸡腿下锅后翻炒几下,加入十三香,继续翻炒

10.放榛蘑。加入料酒、酱油,继续翻炒。

11.放入粉条,加入榛蘑水至没过食材,加适量盐,大火煮开,小火慢炖20分钟,期间勤翻炒几下,防止粉条巴锅。
