1.把蛋清分离出来

2.加入白醋,分3次放糖打发到硬性发泡

7.裱花袋剪个口子,挤入烤盘

8.烤箱100度预热,放入中下层烤35分钟左右,再焖5分钟取出放凉
小窍门&温馨提示
打发蛋白一定要在无油无水的盆中进行打发。放入粉类要用翻拌的手法,否则容易消泡。
