1.把白萝卜刨成丝,虾米提前用水泡,腊肉一块。

2.腊肉切小丁,虾米泡软后切碎也不用太碎。

3.热锅把腊肉放下炒出油脂和香味。

4.再放虾米下锅炒出香味。

5.之后盛出备用。

6.锅中有点底油,把白萝卜丝放下去炒软了。

7.萝卜丝会出水,所以放少许水就可以了,盖上盖子煮。

8.大火煮5分钟,调少许盐和胡椒粉(腊肉有咸味)。

9.再把刚才炒香了的腊肉丁和虾米放下去,拌均匀,关火。

10.澄粉,三象牌粘米粉。

11.用少许水把两种粉调成糊。

12.之后把米糊倒入锅中搅拌均匀。

13.拌成这样可以了。

14.取一玻璃器皿周围刷油防粘。

15.把萝卜糕放入器皿中填八分满,表面刮平(我这个太满了一点)。

16.冷水上蒸笼蒸45分钟(时间长短看食物的多少来定)。

17.45分钟到了打开盖子,用筷子扦一下如沒粘连在筷子上就是熟了。

18.成品。打开盖子就闻到好香,热吃凉吃都可以,待凉了切块下锅煎一下又是另一番吃法。

凉吃比热吃更好吃,可以放冰箱冷藏一晚上,早上煎两面金黃蘸着蒜蓉辣酱很美味哦
