1.牛奶煮开离火,加入黄油让黄油融化

2.加糖和盐搅拌均匀

3.待奶液晾凉后加入面粉、奶粉和酵母粉,

5.把面团揉光滑后擀成约2毫米厚的片

7.然后用模具切出饼干形状

8.放入烤盘中。

9.烤箱上下火160度预热5分钟,放下面第二层烤10分钟即可,这个饼干上色很快,不用放的离上火太近。

11.也可以切成长方形的。我这个量刚好烤了2盘。
小窍门&温馨提示
苏打饼干因为是发酵的面团,烤好时很酥脆,放置一天会变软,再用烤箱120烤上一会儿就可以重新酥脆
