1.虾仁去壳,去虾线,清洗干净备用。

2.芦笋去老壳切断洗干净备用。

3.葱姜蒜切块备用。

4.油锅烧至六成熟,倒入玉米油,倒入虾仁,大蒜和嫩姜。

5.锅内留底油,倒入芦笋,大火煸炒几分钟。

6.倒入虾仁,一起煸炒一分钟。
