1.原料

2.板栗洗净后,放在晾架上晒干

3.晒干后的板栗基本上都裂开了一条缝(如有没裂开的,用刀切一下,外壳切开就行)

4.放入容器中,加入一勺食油

5.搅拌均匀,使每颗板栗上都裹上油

6.平铺在烤盘上,烤箱200度预热,中层,上下火,烤20分钟

7.准备60克白糖,40克水

8.糖,水混合搅拌溶化

10.把糖水均匀地刷在板栗上,裂口处多刷些

11.刷好后再烤10分钟(烤5分钟后取出再刷糖水一次)

12.等不烫手时就可以吃了,很容易就可以剥壳呢
