1.糯米洗净、提前浸泡两小时

2.藕块去皮,洗净

3.从一头切下一小块

4.用筷子和勺子把糯米装入藕眼中

5.装好糯米以后,把切下的部分盖上,用牙签固定好,放入高压锅,锅内加入红糖,红枣,水要漫过藕块,开锅煮30分钟左右

6.煮好的糯米藕凉透以后就可以切块食用了
