1.面粉加沸水,搅拌成絮状,几乎没有干面粉了

2.放凉后再一点点加凉水,和成柔软的、有些粘手的面团,饧面半小时左右

3.饧好的面更软了,有些粘手。面板上撒面粉防粘,把面团擀开成长方形面片,尽量擀薄

4.抹上软油酥

14.一面煎至金黄翻面,两面都煎熟即可,因为是烫面,很容易熟
