1.芋头去皮切成粗条状。

2.备好白砂糖和青葱。

3.油烧热,把青葱放进去过一下油,捞起。(这样油就会有着青葱香味,不放也行)

4.加少许盐入油中,放下芋条用中火炸至熟透。

5.捞起芋条沥干油份,把油倒出,锅弄干净。

6.放少许水,加入2汤匙白砂糖用中火煮至冒白泡泡时转小火。(我的芋头不大,所以只放2汤匙的糖)

7.倒入炸好的芋条【关火】。

8.用勺子不停滴翻动和降温后,糖浆就会变成白色的绵沙。
