1.蛋黄加入炼奶中,搅拌均匀

4.将面团和豆沙分别分成十等分

5.面团球按扁,包入豆沙馅,用虎口慢慢收拢成球状

6.先将面团轻搓成长条状,再用虎口掐一下长条1/3处,形成葫芦状,最后整整形,出来小鸡的头和身子,再捏出尖尖嘴

7.全部做好,送入烤箱180度20分钟(按各家烤箱脾气来)
