1.奶油奶酪切成小块,和牛奶混合隔水加热搅拌成细腻的糊状

2.加入融化的黄油搅拌均匀

12.然后倒入模具

13.把模具放入烤盘,在烤盘内注入热水,上下火145度8分钟,上火转200度,下火不变还是145度5分钟至表面上色,关掉上火,下火不变还是145度10分钟

14.结束后不必马上取出,在烤箱里放到常温取出即可
