1.准备好所需的材料,黄油切小块,室温放置软化

2.糖粉过筛加入到软化好的黄油中

3.再过筛低筋面粉加入黄油中

4.两大勺的全蛋液加入进去

5.全部混合均匀至这个状态

6.加入稍微切碎的蔓越莓,混合均匀

7.保鲜袋包着面团,放进饼干模具中定型,放入冰箱冷冻室,大约1小时,冷冻至硬

8.冻好的饼干面团拿出来切成0.7CM厚的面片

9.烤盘中铺上油纸,整齐的排列好饼干

10.烤箱预热165度,中层,约20分钟,至表面微金黄色即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1、蔓越莓稍微切碎一点,这样分布在饼干面团里面会比较均匀一些,喜欢吃甜的可以适当加糖
2、饼干面团要压紧压实
3、蔓越莓可以用其他干果代替,如葡萄干,蓝莓干等
