1.山药,削皮,洗净;

2.入蒸锅,我是直接放番薯里,一起蒸;

3.蒸熟后,待凉,压成泥;

雨夕碎碎念:山药很容易氧化,蒸熟后,不适合存放太久;压模的时候,用点凉开水,不会粘,容易操作;
