1.胡萝卜、葱切丝,香菜切段。

2.猪里脊切大的薄片。

3.里脊肉里加入适量炸粉和水给里脊挂个糊。

4.锅里油烧到八成热放入挂好糊的里脊肉炸至金黄。

5.油大火烧开放入炸好的里脊再复炸一次使里脊肉能更加酥脆。

6.碗里放醋、糖和一点水调个汁。

7.锅里放油加入胡萝卜丝、葱丝炒香。
