1.原料

2.将面粉、奶粉、细糖、酵母、倒入搅拌器皿内,慢速混合1min;

3.将水、鸡蛋和炼乳加入搅拌器皿内,慢速搅至无干粉;

4.加入老面,改为快速搅打,至能拉出粗糙的薄膜;

5.加入黄油和盐,快速搅拌至面团略光滑,取出面团

6.将面团擀成2cm厚形状,保鲜膜包起,冷冻30min,

9.重复一次上一步骤操作(四折二次)

10.将面擀成厚度为1.5cm厚片状,切成宽4cm,长30cm左右的长条状;

11.折成形状,放入模具,

小窍门&温馨提示
1、 为了能使做出的手撕面包纹路更加的清晰,在折面的时候需要切除多余的边角;
2、 刚烤好的面包可以刷适量的蜂蜜水,可使面包更加的光泽诱人;
