1.准备食材,先把鸡翅中放热水锅里焯一下。

2.锅里放油烧热加入白糖,翻炒至糖成焦糖色。

3.把焯过水的鸡翅中放入锅里翻炒上色。

5.翻炒上色均匀后,加水大火烧开,小火慢炖。

6.快熟的时候加盐调味,收汁。
