1.木耳、豆腐皮提前浸泡;泡软后,分别洗净;木耳上面有个比较硬的蒂,这个一定要去掉;

2.沥干水分的木耳、豆腐皮分别切丝;

6.热锅里倒入适量油烧热,转小火,炒香姜蒜末后,放入豆瓣酱炒出红油来;

7.放入木耳丝,用大火迅速翻炒2分钟;

8.放入豆腐皮丝,用筷子将豆腐皮迅速划开,以免粘在一起;

9.调入蒸鱼豉油、白糖,翻炒均匀;蒸鱼豉油和白糖都能提鲜,做素菜的时候,放点蒸鱼豉油,味道更好;

10.调入味精,翻炒均匀即可起锅;豆瓣酱和蒸鱼豉油都有咸味,所以不用放盐了。
