1.所有材料准备,老卤提前拿出来解冻

2.鸡爪去指甲对半切开备用

3.锅放水烧开,把切好的鸡爪放入沸水里焯下

4.把焯好的鸡爪拿出来洗净

5.把老卤倒入锅中,加入辣椒、八角、桂皮

6.再加入适量的盐烧开

7.等锅里的卤水烧开后,放入鸡爪先泡2小时,然后中火再煮15分钟即可
