1.食材。

2. 热锅加油烧热把石干鱼下锅煎。

3.下锅鱼儿开口大喊疼??。

4.把鱼煎至双面金黄带焦。

5.另取锅烧开水,鱼煎好就下锅煮,煎鱼的油也下锅。

6.然后再加入白菜,煮开转中小火煮10分钟左右。

7.10分钟后先加入熟蒜蓉,姜丝,芹菜段。

8.胡椒粉,鱼露,鸡粉也加入。
