6.蛋清中放入三滴白醋,糖,一点点盐用打蛋器打发!

7.出现鱼眼泡的时候放入第二勺糖!继续打发!

8.等出现细腻气泡时候放第三勺糖!直至呈现奶油状态,不会掉落为止!

9.分三次把蛋白倒入蛋黄夜中,上下搅拌均匀之后倒入模具中,烤箱预热,175度中下层60分钟!

10.等到蛋糕表面上颜色之后盖上锡箔纸继续烤制!
