清水适量猪油的做法步骤

1.将猪板油清理干净切成小块。

2.锅中加入适量清水烧开,放入猪油进去焯水几秒钟捞出。

3.这样做出来的猪油会更加白且没有异味。

4.把锅重新洗干净把焯好水的板油倒进去加入小半碗清水。

5.先开中火熬制,待开始出油时转小火,整个过程中要用锅铲时不时搅动以免粘锅。

6.待到油块体积变小且颜色微黄即可关火,不要熬过啦不然味道味道不好且颜色很难看。

7.过滤掉油渣即可。

8.凝固后颜色雪白。

9.最喜欢拿它来做蛋黄酥,简直层层酥脆酥的掉渣。
