1.准备好吐过沙清洗干净的花蛤,葱姜蒜末切好备用。

2.锅中倒水烧开,放入花蛤。汆烫至壳开,捞出沥干水。

3.锅中放油烧热,先放入花椒炒香。

4.再放入葱姜蒜末爆香。

5.将沥干水分的花蛤放入锅内,烹入料酒。

6.加入金格勒酱,大火翻炒均匀。
