半斤无盐香干,200g四川腊肉,50g
辅料:
盐适量,
十三香适量,
蒜,
2瓣,
生抽,
少许,
味精,
少量,
白醋,

1.蒜薹切段。

2.香干切小条。

3.腊肉水煮5分钟。

4.捞出腊肉切薄片温水再浸泡出盐使之变软些。腊肉太咸还有点硬,所以处理一下。

5.炒锅上火,蒜片爆香,加入腊肉,醋少许去腥,加入十三香,蒜薹略炒变绿。

6.加入豆干,少许生抽,淡盐,味精炒匀。
