1.蛋黄加入色拉油打匀后放入牛奶打匀

2.筛入低粉打匀

3.蛋白放入无油无水的盆中加入柠檬汁打至粗泡后放入1/3糖打匀后再放入1/3糖(分三次放入糖)打发至硬性发泡

4.去1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀后倒入剩下的蛋白中翻拌均匀(不要划圈搅拌以免消泡)

5.烤盘中垫上油纸

6.倒入蛋糕糊震出气泡
