1.竹笋去壳,洗干净后焯水。然后过凉水,沥干备用。

2.配料:青椒,葱姜蒜。

3.腊肉热锅爆出油,可以再加少量植物油以备炒菜。

4.然后,把肉抛开一边,炒青椒和葱姜蒜。

5.最后加入竹笋翻炒。

6.可以加两勺水焖烧。

7.起锅前,加花椒粉,鸡精,少许盐调味,最后出锅,撒上白芝麻点缀。
