1.取250g面粉放到盆里,加入适量盐调味

3.把面团揉到光滑即可,然后盖上湿布,醒10分钟

4.接下来做酱料:锅中倒入食用油.放入葱白煸香

5.然后加入豆瓣酱和耗油翻炒

8.取一个小碗,倒入食用油,再加入少许刚才烧好的酱料,拌匀制成辣油备用

9.把醒好的面团用擀面杖擀成厚约3公分的长方形

10.刷上步骤8的辣油

11.把面皮上下对折

12.在面皮的连接处刷上辣油

13.再继续上下对折

14.对折好以后把面皮翻上来(对折的那一面朝下)

15.再次刷上辣油

16.然后对折起来

17.把面从一端卷起来

18.一端的卷到一般在从另外一端卷起来,成这个样子

19.把两头叠在一起,压扁

20.用擀面杖擀成面皮

21.把擀好的饼皮放入锅中烙到两面金黄即可
