3.先油煎鸡腿

6.煮熟后放入烤箱

7.如图设置时间和温度

8.酱油、料酒、南德、十三香、白糖、孜然粉腌制鸡腿。先油煎鸡腿,外皮变色后倒入腌制酱汁翻炒,然后放入开水,随之倒入上色酱油和冰糖,盖盖熬煮,如图5酱汁收到浓稠关火。剩余酱汁裹满鸡腿放入烤箱上下180度热风烤15分钟,这样口感外焦里嫩,更入味。如果不做零食口味可以不用烤箱烤,没烤箱可以用微波炉代替时间5分钟即可。摆盘后撒上喜欢的干料
