1.准备所需要的食材。

2.里脊肉切成厚片。

8.猪排放入蛋液中蘸上蛋液。

9.放入面包糠中沾满面包糠。

10.锅中倒油,烧热后放入猪排中火炸至两面金黄。

11.炸好的猪排放在吸油纸上吸油。

12.切块后摆入盘中,挤上番茄酱。
小窍门&温馨提示
油一定要烧热,用中火炸,火太小了油温低,炸出来的猪排会很油腻,火太大了容易炸焦。把筷子插到油锅中,筷子周围迅速的冒很多小泡泡,就说明油热了。
