1.草鱼一条,把肉切下,鱼骨鱼头切段

2.鱼肉片切成5毫米厚的片

4.鱼骨和鱼片分别用姜、胡椒粉、黄酒腌制5分钟。

5.买了现成的酸菜鱼料。锅中放适量油,把调味料再稍微炒一下,让香味出来

6.加适量的水煮2分钟,

7.把鱼骨和鱼头倒入煮熟,先把煮熟的鱼骨和头盛出放入砂锅中。

8.再放入莲藕片

9.水开后放入鱼片
