胡萝卜适量,
黑胡椒粉适量,

1.准备材料:培根、芦笋、胡萝卜 金针菇、奶酪。

2.将培根一切为二。

3.开水里加少许油、盐,放入芦笋和金针菇,水沸后煮约1分钟。

4.捞出芦笋立刻放入凉水中浸泡,以保持脆嫩的口感

5. 将奶酪片铺在培根上,上面放上芦笋、胡萝卜、金针菇。

6.卷好后用牙签固定。

7.平底锅不加油(也可以加少许油),将培根煎熟。
