1.黄花鱼洗干净,放点盐腌制一下。(腌制后,煎鱼的时候不容易粘锅)

2.炒锅烧热,放油烧热,黄花鱼两面煎黄。(放鱼下去之前最好把水擦干,否则热油遇到水,油会乱溅的)

3.倒点酱油,加点水,放入姜丝,大火收汁
