1.【材料】猪骨1.5斤 米2杯 玉米一碗 黄豆半碗。

2.猪骨飞水。

3.并冲洗干净。

4.米洗净放一勺盐一勺油拌匀,腌制15分钟待用。

5.瓦煲放大半煲水,并加3片生姜,大火煮开。

6.然后依次放入玉米,黄豆,米,猪骨。

7.盖上盖子,大火煲开后,改小火慢煲。

8.小火慢煲1.5-2个小时。中间要搅动几次,以免糊底。

9.一直煲至粥水软绵,最后放精盐调味即可。
