1.鸡胸肉切丁。

2.用米辣椒,盐,花椒粉,玉米淀粉,生抽,料酒腌制15分钟备用。

3.取面粉,加盐,花椒粉拌均匀。

4.取鸡胸肉裹入面粉中。

5.取适量鸡胸肉装入,漏勺中入清水中浸泡一下。

6.然后在放入面粉中,拌均匀。

7.抖一抖,然后放入碗中。

8.锅倒入玉米油,烧至六成熟,倒入鸡肉。

9.炸至偏黄,熟即可出锅。
