1.小黄鱼去头洗净,加料酒少量盐稍稍腌制十分钟
2.裹上面粉煎炸至金黄,沥油盛出
3.国内少油,放糖、海鲜酱,酱油、葱,爆香,勾芡做酱汁。淋盘即可
