1.将鱼处理干净,在鱼背上划几刀。

2.热锅冷油,小火把姜煸至金黄。

3.把鱼下锅煎至两面金黄。

4.鱼煎好后,加入适量热水,加入切成块状的豆腐。

5.大火烧开后,转中火炖半小时左右,中途不要揭开锅盖。

6.汤色变成奶白色后,撒入盐,鸡精,葱花再炖五分钟左右。
